What browser etc are you using?

What do you mean by "that pop-up windows"?

OK so the main problem is:

You've asked for a set that consists of photos that you've taken which have the label "USA".

But you don't have any _public_ photos with that label, so there's nothing to put into the set. You only have a 3 screenshots that have the label "TEST" -- you should try creating a set with these to prove that it works.

Basically sets don't work with private photo settings I'm afraid :(

OK, that's mildly annoying. So you're basically unable to organize private photos with zooomr...
