Right, I'm going to chime in here.

I haven't said anything up until this point because I am fairly patient and, even though I am really pissed off that I can't see ANY of my photos, I can wait.

Zooomr has messed up big time here, but that doesn't bother me nearly as much as some of the ignorant comments which I have seen in this thread.
I don't pay to use Zooomr but the fact of the matter is that I AM a customer of Zooomr and as a customer I have a right to speak up when I feel that the service I'm receiving is not satisfactory.
The fact that there are some users who clearly feel its their duty to jump down the throat of anyone who dares question the almighty Zooomr is down right disgusting.

Sometimes its hard to look outside of our tiny little bubbles but, some people might be more affected by the current issues than you are and they have every right to complain, paying customer or not!!!

Nobody forces anyone to use this site, but if all of the "unworthy" non-paying users decided to leave where would zooomr be then?!

I think that all of these zooomr defenders are doing as much damage to the sites reputation as the actual issues are!

Like Andy just said; Every user is important, it'd be a bad bad idea to drive out those users who are here because it's free.

My biggest fear is some pictures will be lost. Long as they return it wont be so bad. However, in some ways, I wish there was a "back up my pictures" option, where we could download in some monster zip/rar/7zip format all our data eg pictures + descriptions+names etc, so that if for example we had a problem and stupidly deleted things, or something bad happened we could just restore the missing info.
